Something had to be done.
So, I decided to jump in and join the onslaught of advertising, but I wanted to advertise something that helped people discover themselves, not just cover themselves. I wanted to send messages about living from the heart, not the head.
The practice of yoga and meditation is not for everyone, but it is one that has helped me have a better relationship to myself, and therefore with the world around me. It has helped me get out of my head and into my body and trust myself on a deeper level. My designs serve as little reminders to be aware of myself and to keep up a daily mindfulness practice. In this small (and hopefully stylish) way, my goal is to propagate waves of peace and increase our collective self-awareness.

I had the stark realization that this consumption obsession wasn’t changing any time soon.
